This is a mentor painting, which is a copy of a work by a master painter. As a fan of Egon Schiele, I couldn’t help but pick one of his. My appreciation for his paintings grew more from this experience. The thickness of the paint, the bizarre shapes, strange and interesting compositions.. they fascinate me.
